Self-taught plastic artist, born in Itu in 1953, he paints in oil, acrylic, in addition to producing sculptures in Varvito stone and Marble, in addition to venturing into photography and drawing.

Assiduous participant in exhibitions, from the Feira da República in São Paulo, to the fair at Embu das Artes, he made numerous group exhibitions, being awarded in several of them and individual.

Currently, João Bernardi produces watercolors on Canson paper, with landscapes, animals and plants, putting special eyes on apparently common places.
