Born in Itu, Mauricio is an original painter.

Painting since the age of 12, he studied drawing and painting with different masters and teachers in the city such as master Fausto Marques Paula. Henrique Castellari, Benedito Apendino, in addition to classes with Elza and later with Rita Biaggio, Neuza Gatti. In addition to classes in drawing and painting technique with Braz Júnior.

With a taste for retouching brushes, spread or smooth, and the use of ocher or brown shade, he paints vases, objects, plants and still lifes, in a very particular way and with personality.
